spawning tickets

A lot of people have noticed that you can do a ::vote command on private servers. Usually this gives cash, items etc...

I noticed that players are not voting. So to make this server more popular I came up with this voting system. Brandon as owner of the server feel free to change anything/decline the idea and just do ::vote for cash.

here are some items i would suggest to add and there cost:

1 vote is 1 spawnticket

i believe u should put more prices on the voting items like at least 30 to make it more fair and not easy.

it takes 1 month of costant voting to get at least 1 item non spawnable...it is not that bad gonna edit em and add some more items right now.
