every time i log out for about a day my account get reset all the stats and the bank

Every 15min about attempt to back up you account.
Go to the quest tab and one of the last options is to back it up. This way Brandon has something work with.

tbh i have no clue why this is. im sorry about this. try creating a new acc and see if it happens to it as well
